How do we get started?
We begin with a short call to understand your goals, scope, and timeline. From there, we define the right approach and move forward with clear alignment.
What types of projects do you take on?
We work across product design, brand design, Framer development, and web development—either as focused projects or ongoing support.
How does your design services work? Is it flexible?
It's pretty simple and very flexible: Need a small design update? We can do that quickly. Want to redesign your whole website? We're here for that too. Not sure what you need? We'll help you figure it out. You only pay for the work you need, when you need it. No long contracts or commitments. Just good design when you want it.
How long does a project usually take?
Timelines vary depending on scope and complexity. Smaller requests can be completed within days, while larger projects are planned and delivered in structured phases.
How will I stay updated on progress?
We'll have 1 weekly meeting for feedback and strategy sessions to ensure we're on the same page and to stay in sync. We're happy to have extra meetings too, but we prefer to spend most of our energy and time making progress on your project. We recommend using those extra meetings for urgent matters. Rest assured, we love keeping you in the loop with daily updates in Figma and async Slack & screen recordings!
